0 - 3 month sleep guide

Refunds will not be offered on the 0 - 3 month sleep guide. Newborn sleep is unpredictable and despite implementing strategies from this guide, results can not be guaranteed.

 

4 - 24 month sleep guide

Refunds will not be offered on the  4 - 24 month sleep guide. If you have read the guide thoroughly, used all the recommended methods for at least 14 days consistently,  and haven't seen any improvement, please email info@babeedreams.com. We understand that after purchasing this guide, sleep training isn't for your family and you may decide to not implement anything in the sleep guide. Please acknowledge that this guide is formal sleep training and crying is expected.

Sleep Plans

Refunds will not be offered on any sleep plan. We understand that after purchasing a plan, sleep training isn't for your family and you may decide to not implement anything in the sleep guide or any information given from a sleep plan. Please acknowledge that the guide provided in a plan and strategies used by Babee Deams in a sleep plan is formal sleep training and crying is expected.
 

Phone Consults

You must request a refund of any phone consult at least 24-hours in advance of your consult.

Phone Consult ($70 - 45 minutes)
You must request a refund of this consult at least 24-hours in advance, otherwise there will be a 50% cancellation fee and you will only be refunded 50%. Refunds will not be offered for consults after they have occurred. 
 

Add-on Phone Consult ($45 - 30 minutes)
You must request a refund of this consult at least 24-hours in advance, otherwise there will be a 50% cancellation fee and you will only be refunded 50%. Refunds will not be offered for consults after they have occurred.
 

(Phone Consults - Free)
For clients who repeatedly re-schedule a free consult or cancel within 24-hours, Babee Dreams has the right to not take further bookings.

Dream Plan
Apart of this plan, you are given an introduction consult and three phone consults afterwards.  If you need to re-schedule the introduction consult, you must request this at least 24-hours in advance of your consult, otherwise your ideal plan start date will be delayed. If you need to reschedule any of the three phone consults that are included in your plan, you must request this at least 24-hours in advance of your consult. If the consult is cancelled within 24-hours you will not be able to re-schedule the consult missed, you will need to purchase an add-on phone consult.

For clients who repeatedly re-schedule any of the phone consults or cancel within 24-hours, Babee Dreams has the right to not take any further bookings and to terminate the plan with no refund.
